Why is the calculator price different from the «from» price in the list?
The price list shows the lowest price of a typical job, while the calculator estimates by hours: how long the project takes with your scope, integrations and revisions. You can change the markup, rates and amounts so the estimate matches your terms.
What are cost and margin?
Cost is the team's hours multiplied by their rates. The client price is cost plus markup and terms (urgency, revisions, support). Margin is the difference between price and cost — shown both in money and as a percentage.
How is the timeline calculated?
By the busiest role: if the back end has 60 hours, that is about two weeks of its work. The floor is the typical timeline of the direction, and a fast start cuts it by 30 %.
Can I save the estimate?
Yes: copy it as text, print it from the browser, or send it as a request — it lands in the panel together with the scope, hours and total.
